In KOTH when the hill is in the middle we don't really have a set strategy besides working the ramps and shield areas. When the hill is on the platforms we set up one on top snipe, one in hill, one in needle area and one in shield.
We are going to try this same set up for our defensive stance. On offensive stance we will have me in needle area, Boulder in green box, Spar in shield, and Ghost in Ops.
Both set ups are going to rely heavily on communication, if someone pushes to Ops while we are on offense shield will be the only one who can help him immediately, on defense shield and needle area will have to communicate pushes to work together and get proper support from platform.

Here's a wonderment. Do boulder and I need to switch positions on Pit? Obviously, I'm better with rockets, but a change would require Boulder to play the bear spot on our breakout. Also, this would be only for TS and not MLG, which might make it confusing.

For KotH. I'm not sure the best strategy when it's under ops bridge. However, when it is on one side, I think our best setup is one watching long hall, one at shield, and one at snipe 3 - preferably with the snipe. The guy at shield needs to be responsible for closed hall as well as shield since the best spot for the guy watching open hall is going to be in needle pit (like we discussed with Malice).
I also don't think it matters who is where, so when spawning, everyone just needs to look to see where the team spots are and then take the open spot.

I think it also really helps when Boulder calls out when hill is moving. I don't pay attention to the time very well so this really helps me out. Quite a few times I changed my direction based on the hill being about to move, giving up a few seconds on one hill is worth it to get a solid setup on the next hill. Those few seconds we gave up are nothing compared to the time we can get with a head start on the next hill.
