From what I've read the spawn times have not been changed since V3. I have another thought on this. We tried doing this by having one person on our team responsible for all times. That didn't work very well. What I'd like to try is having one person responsible for one time that is important. So, let's try this:
Ghost - rockets Sho - snipers Boulder - power-ups Spar - score
this way, I have everything that is 3 minutes, bouler everything that is 2 minutes, sho everything that is 2.5 minutes. Spar already has a job which he is doing well with. Also, people are making the callouts on things they use well, so there is a higher likelyhood they will be there to get them.
Everyone ok with this?

It's worth a shot. I know all I care about in a game is when the Sniper is going to respawn. ;D
